A contract: The client, the person to be coached, and the coach agree on the objectives to be achieved, the frequency of meetings, and the result indicators. The process is only launched after the coachee and the coach have agreed to work together.
An attitude: The coach does not seek to change the personality of the person being coached. He helps her / him evolve in their professional environment.
